The formation of the Marico Biosphere Reserve Non-
It is able to function and participate in all activities both generating and receiving funds, as is outlined by the statutes outlining the operations of a Not for Profit Company.
As regards the implementation of legal activities within the functioning of its daily activities, the Company, as with the legal standing of all Biosphere Reserves in South Africa, has no legal authority itself to command or implement any specific changes, however, it can make use of the following national, provincial acts as well as district and local municipal by-
